Assorted Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients: 1 tomato, 350g diced tofu, 80g diced ham, 100g of egg, green onion and ginger, coriander, shiitake mushrooms, shredded fungus, and carrot

The tomatoes are crossed, boiled in hot water, peeled, and cut into small cubes
