Assorted Oatmeal
1.
Put the walnut kernels and pumpkin seed kernels in the flat baking tray and bake for 5 minutes (the upper and lower fire is 180 degrees)
2.
After baking, take it out and let it cool, chop it for later use
3.
The oatmeal is sieved, the powder is sifted out, and the flakes of oatmeal are left
4.
After the butter is melted in the insulated water, add honey and corn oil and stir to form a syrup.
5.
Pour the walnuts, pumpkin seeds and oatmeal into a large pot and pour the syrup
6.
Stir well
7.
Pour it into the greased paper baking tray and spread it out
8.
Put it into the oven and bake at 160 degrees. When you bake for ten minutes, take it out and stir and bake for another ten minutes. Then take it out, stir and bake for another ten minutes. The whole is browned. The oatmeal is crispy and removed. Move to the greased paper. Let cool on the grill
9.
After letting cool, add dried fruits (I like to eat raisins, so I put raisins and dried blackcurrants), mix, and store in a sealed container. The crispy oatmeal and dried fruits and nuts can be used to mix with yogurt. It is very delicious!
Tips:
1. The temperature and firepower of each oven are different, so the baking temperature and time should be adjusted appropriately according to the situation of your own oven
2. Because it needs to be mixed during the roasting process, I use a deep roasting pan to bake, so I don't have to worry about spilling outside when stirring.
3. Nuts and dried fruits can be put according to your preference
