Tips:
1. A little Spanish red pepper powder should also be put in the noodles, I don't like to eat it without putting it, ha ha!
2. For authentic Guozai noodles, the noodles should be simmered and dried with the Guozai at the end. The color of the pan should be slightly yellow, because the safflower is added in it, so the color and taste are very good. This soup is good and I love soup , So I left some soup, which was eaten with noodles in the soup, ha ha!
3. If you don't have safflower at home, you can leave it alone. The taste is slightly worse, but it doesn't affect the taste. That stuff is quite expensive!
4. A little bit of thyme is fine, the taste is too violent! Just increase the flavor. If you put too much, it won't taste good. Fresh thyme is better. You can't buy it in China!
5. The pot can be replaced if there is no small casserole. The imported small pot is not cheap! No need to use it!
6. Fish bone seafood soup can be replaced with other fresh fish bones. It is best to use sea fish bones. There is no earthy smell. There are special fish bones for soup in European supermarkets, but you don’t need it. Going so far to buy, ha ha! It’s okay to get the material nearby. I even used crucian carp soup to get someone else's. My friend said it was great! I used yellow fish bones this time, which tastes great too! This is a reason for doing random things, haha!
