Assorted Soy Protein

Ingredients: soy protein (soaked soft), day lily, shiitake mushrooms, black fungus (all soaked), peanuts (cooked), cinnamon, aniseed

Wash the soaked day lily, black fungus and shiitake mushrooms and remove them for use.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the soaked soy protein and stir fry.

Then, combine the washed black fungus, day lily, shiitake mushrooms and cooked peanuts and stir fry.

Then, put the cinnamon and aniseed.

Add some water.

Flip it to boil.

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.

Add the right amount of salt.

Season to bring to a boil.
