Stir-fried Lotus Root with Mushrooms and Soy Protein

Ingredients: Shiitake mushrooms (soaked and washed), lotus root (washed and cut into slices), soy protein (soaked softly), dried chili (cut open)

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, then put the dried chili sauce in the saucepan.

Next, add the shiitake mushrooms and the sliced lotus root and stir fry.

Then, mix in the soaked soy protein and add an appropriate amount of water.

Stir fry until the lotus root is broken.

Finally, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of sugar.
8.
Add the right amount of salt.

Saute and stir well, serve.

Take out the pan and serve.
