Stir-fried Quail Eggs with Soy Protein and Celery

Ingredients: Celery (washed and cut into sections), quail eggs, soy protein (soaked softly)

Put the saucepan on the fire, pour the oil and heat, add the quail eggs and fry them until golden on both sides, set aside and set aside.
