Assorted Tofu

All ingredients are ready.

Peel the edamame into soybeans, wash and set aside.

Wash the mushrooms and carrots, cut into cubes, and cut the ham into cubes. Set aside.

Wash the tofu and cut into cubes for later use.

Heat up the wok, put a proper amount of cooking oil, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Put the beans and rice in the pan and stir fry, and add the right amount of salt.

Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add the diced carrots and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, add diced shiitake mushrooms.

Stir-fry for about 1 minute, and finally pour in the diced ham and add the oil.

Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer for 3 minutes.

Pour in the diced tofu, stir fry gently, about 1 minute, add chicken essence, mix well, turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
Tips:
Because the soft tofu is selected, the cooking time can be greatly shortened.
