Autumn Nourishing Soup-corn and Lamb Soup

The sweet corn is cleaned and cut into sections,

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces,

Slice ginger, cut green onion into sections,

Put clean water in the pot, add the green onion, sliced ginger and lamb bones.

Pour the sweet corn and cook together,

After boiling again, add potatoes,

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat, and simmer slowly,

Simmer for about 15 minutes before serving. Season with salt and white pepper.
Tips:
TIP: The stewing time mainly depends on the amount of meat on the lamb bones. If there is more meat, you need to add more time to stew.
