Lamb Bone Carrot Soup

Prepare sheep bones

Soak in cold water for 1 hour to remove blood

Green onion ginger, aniseed, pepper.

Bring the lamb bones to a boil in a pot under cold water to remove the froth, add green onion, ginger, aniseed and pepper. Cook until about 1 hour.

Prepare carrots and large white radishes.

Dice separately

Put the ingredients in the lamb bone soup and cook for another 30 minutes. Put a little salt in the pan.
