Autumn Nourishing Soup-quail Stewed with Cordyceps Flower
1.
Prepare the required ingredients: 1 quail, 30g cordyceps flower, 10 small red dates, 1 small root of yam, 1 small green onion, 1 small piece of old ginger
2.
Cut the yam into pieces, soak in water for 10 minutes and set aside
3.
Put the quail into a pot of boiling water, add cooking wine and fly water for later use
4.
Soak the red dates in water for 5 minutes, rinse the cordyceps flowers over water, and remove them for later use
5.
The old ginger is smashed, the green onions are cut, all the ingredients are ready for use
6.
Pour all the ingredients except the Cordyceps flower prepared above into the slow cooker with water, and choose automatic stewing!
7.
Stew for 3 hours before adding cordyceps flowers and continue to simmer
8.
Add the cordyceps flower and simmer for 1 hour, then it can be out of the pot. Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence to taste according to personal taste, and the delicious and nourishing soup will be just fine (*^__^*)
Tips:
1. The stewed soup I still prefer not to give chicken essence, the original flavor is delicious, but my wife prefers chicken essence, so the family status is too low and I have to compromise! But I still recommend that you drink the original soup is the most delicious, hehe!
2. I can’t afford Cordyceps, so I get some Cordyceps flowers to eat. The nutrition is not inferior to the expensive Cordyceps, but the nourishing stuff is more refined and expensive, so the stewing time should not be too long. Only add Cordyceps flower, so that the nutrients in the Cordyceps flower will not disappear due to long-term stewing!
Every time there is a lot of nonsense, hey, let's not talk about it, everyone read the post!
