Carrot and quail soup is from a book that teaches soup cooking that I bought when I first got married. That book has long since disappeared! I remember that quail was very cheap where I lived, 5 yuan for 3, and I often use carrots to cook it. Quail, later moved here, quail bought less. I went to the supermarket and saw 3 quails at 11 yuan. Recalling the sweetness of this soup, I took a box with carrot and lean meat soup!

Ingredients

Carrot and Quail Soup

1. Put an appropriate amount of water in a crock pot and bring it to a boil

2. When boiling water, cut the quail into pieces, peel the carrots and cut into pieces, wash the pork, wait for the water to boil, add the ingredients, turn to a low heat to boil for an hour and a half and add some salt to drink.
