Autumn Pear Paste
1.
Wash the pears, peel them, and cut into pieces
2.
Use a food processor to make pear puree
3.
Break the jujube and crush the Luo Han Guo
4.
Add the ingredients one by one. Except the Chuanbei, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes, until all the ingredients have a taste. I didn’t add water, pure pear water.
5.
I boiled it for 40 minutes, and the smell came out. After the boiled, let it cool and filter it out with sterilized gauze.
6.
Make Chuanbei noodles during the cooling process, or you can buy Chuanbei noodles directly.
7.
After letting cool, filter out the mud
8.
Pour the pear puree into the pot, add the chuanbei powder to the low heat and stir evenly, stir it back and forth during the low heat boiling process (the picture is about an hour)
9.
Just boil it to this consistency, it won’t fall off easily on the shovel
10.
Let it cool, put it in an airtight bottle, and put it in the refrigerator. You can use a clean spoon to dig a spoonful and mix with water each time
Tips:
I made 5 catties of pears, which happened to be 2 small bottles. You can make more. The best pears to choose are Sydney pears. The water content is large. I didn’t add water during the process. Finally boiled it, I boiled it for 90 minutes
