Sydney is sweeter, so you can put a little less sugar in it. I like the taste of ginger juice, so I put some more, the water is sweet but not greasy and more delicious.

Autumn Pear Paste

1. Peel the pears and set aside.

2. Shred the Sydney pear. (If you have a mixer at home, you can use a machine instead)

3. Chop the pears into powder, add shredded ginger, rock sugar, and crushed Luo Han Guo. Simmer on low heat for half an hour (without adding water).

4. Simmer for half an hour and then start the pot.

5. Squeeze any excess juice with gauze.

6. Slowly simmer over low heat until the soup becomes thick.

7. When filling the can, add a little honey and stir evenly.

8. The fragrant pear paste has been boiled, put it in the refrigerator after cooling, and just add water when you drink it!
