Autumn Pear Paste

Wash the pears and cut into small pieces. Put it in the cooking machine and grind it into puree.

Cut red dates into small pieces for later use.

Cut ginger into thick strips and set aside.

Put the pear mash, red dates, ginger, and Luo Han Guo all into a pot and boil. Then simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and squeeze out the juice with a strainer.

The Chuanbei is ground into a fine powder with a cooking machine. Add the rock sugar to the juice. Simmer slowly.
7.
Boil until the juice thickens. The process will take about 20 minutes.
