Pour into the pot (my blender can directly beat the fruit into a pulp, some friends may not work, do not add water to beat the pulp, you can use other methods, you can use a tool to rub filaments and rub the puree to process the pear into pear puree , Ginger can be cut into the end with a knife)

Boil the pear paste on high heat, then break the Luo Han Guo into small pieces

Put Luo Han Guo and rock sugar into the pot together, turn to low heat after the pear pulp is boiled

Skim the foam, turn to low heat and cook for about 25 minutes

To filter out the residue and liquid in the pot, I use a fine-mesh sieve, as shown in the picture, it is very convenient to filter with egg and stir while stirring.

Boil the filtered juice again on low heat until thick. Remember to stir it a few times to prevent the bottom from sticking. After about 10 to 20 minutes, it will be almost cooked.

Turn off the heat, let cool, pour in honey, stir evenly, and put it into an absolutely clean small glass bottle.
