Autumn Pear Paste

Try to choose a lighter one. Weigh rock sugar, shred ginger, chuanbei powder, chopped dried lily, pitted and diced jujube, and cut Luo Han Guo into small pieces for later use.

Snow pears are rubbed with salt to clean the skin, cored, not peeled, and cut into pieces in a food processor.

Put all the ingredients except honey into a boiling pot, add a small amount of water to make the final ingredients and mix well, turn to a low heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes, turning occasionally.

Filter the juice after cooking.

Pour the filtered pear juice back into the pot and continue to boil over medium heat.

When it is slightly thicker, there will be a lot of foam, and when the foam starts to decrease, the pear juice will soon be collected. It is necessary to speed up the stirring to prevent the bottom of the pear. The pear juice is thick and the heat can be turned off. When it is not hot, add honey and mix well.

The first time I made it, I was afraid that the cooking time was not enough. The pear juice was very thick. After refrigeration, it was almost solid. It is difficult to make it with water. This time, I will cook it for a while. Good preparation, the output is a little bit more.
Tips:
1. Wash the pears more, but don't peel them. Many active ingredients are in the peels.
2. Honey can be more or less, but one of the indispensable ingredients of Qiuli paste.
3. Rock sugar can be reduced, and pear juice itself is very sweet.
4. Autumn pear ointment must be mixed with water to drink, the concentrated juice directly into the throat will damage the mucous membrane and have a counterproductive effect.
