Autumn Pear Paste

Prepare materials.

Wash and peel the autumn pear.

Use a grater to wipe out the pear paste and pear juice.

Put the pear paste and pear juice in a casserole, add rock sugar, ginger, and Luo Han Guo.

Bring to high heat and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.

Pour out and filter out the residue with a sieve. (Press down with a spoon, it can produce a lot of juice)

Simmer on low heat with the lid open.

The juice begins to thicken. Use a wooden spatula to keep stirring until the juice thickens, then turn off the heat.

Leave to dry until warm, add honey, mix well, and store in a sealed container. When drinking, take a spoonful of warm water and boil it for drinking. (Add honey when it is warm, otherwise it will be too thick to pour out.)
