Autumn/winter Warm-up Quick Version... Casserole Rice Noodles

Dry rice noodles soaked for later use

The soaked rice noodles are cooked and removed and cooled for later use.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water to the casserole, add a spoonful of spicy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and fresh chicken juice to boil

Then add green vegetables and black fungus.

Add the cooked rice noodles and continue to boil

Finally add capers and sesame oil

Just sprinkle with coriander
Tips:
The rice noodles are cooked in advance and then put under cold water. The texture of the rice noodles is more chewy and delicious.
