Cold Rice Noodles

Boil the rice noodles into the pot, add a little cold water after boiling, and boil again, stirring several times to prevent sticking to the pot. Boil it until it's ripe and take it out in cold water.

After the rice noodles have been in cold water, drain off the water. Served in a bowl. The cold rice noodles should not be overripe. It is best to have a fishing fence or a special basket at home.

In an electric baking pan or a frying pan, rinse with oil, fry the egg liquid in the pan and cut into shreds. Add a little salt and salt while whisking the eggs and mix well.
