Avocado and Sydney Puree
1.
1. Prepare ingredients: 50g avocado, 70g Sydney, and 30ml boiled water.
PS: If you are worried that the prepared avocado and snow pear puree is too cold and your baby's stomach can't stand it, you can add warm water to stir it, but it will slightly affect the taste.
2.
2. First, peel the pear.
PS: I probably used 1/3 of pears to make juice, and the rest can be boiled and drunk with the pear skins. But be careful, be sure to clean the pear skin to remove the pesticide and fruit wax on the surface. You can rub the pear skin with salt, or soak a drop of fruit and vegetable cleaning solution for a while, and then clean it with running water.
3.
3. Then cut the Sydney pear into small pieces of 0.5-1 cm in size.
4.
4. Use a knife to cut a circle along the core of the avocado.
PS: The surface of the ripe avocado should all turn brown. If there is still a little green, it means that it is not ripe. Like the one I used, it’s a bit immature, it’s my greedy eagerness to eat it~
5.
5. After cutting, twist the left hand and right hand in the forward and backward directions respectively, and the avocado will naturally separate in two.
PS: After opening, the pulp inside is soft and there is no black thread, which means that the maturity is just right. If the black thread appears, it means that it has been overripe~ Try not to eat it for the baby, just leave it to the adults.
6.
6. Then scoop out the pulp with a spoon.
7.
7. Pour the avocado and Sydney into the blender jar.
8.
8. Add 30ml of cold boiled water.
PS: If the baby usually prefers thinner paste or mud, you can add a little more water. In addition, the soaked milk powder can also be used instead of boiled water, and the milk will have a stronger flavor after preparation.
9.
9. Use a blender to puree the avocado and Sydney.
10.
10. After the avocado and snow pear puree is stirred, pour it into a bowl, and you can enjoy it for your baby!
11.
11. In order to make the baby more interested in eating, I filled the stirred mud into the avocado husk, and used a mold to extrude many beautiful Sydney stars. The baby was already dancing and dancing just by looking at it!
PS: The baby who just started to try to eat avocado can add a small amount first to observe whether there is an allergic reaction, and then gradually increase with the increase of months.
Tips:
I am accustomed to adding a little more Sydney. The taste is better. It has a sweet taste of Sydney. The ratio of Sydney to avocado is about 7:5.
