Avocado Banana Smoothie

Peel and cut frozen bananas into cubes and put them in a mixing cup.

Tips:
1. The yogurt is commercially available, and it has a sweet taste originally, so I didn't add honey to season it. You can add honey according to your preference.
2. You can increase or decrease the amount of yogurt as appropriate, and adjust it according to the size of the banana or avocado or the consistency you like.
3. If the weather is cold, bananas can be used directly at room temperature, not all of them are easy to freeze, and the fruits can be matched at will.
