Avocado Banana Yogurt Toast

Cut avocado and banana into small pieces, pour into a box of thick yogurt and stir well.

Cut off the sides of the toast, put a banana and avocado in the middle, not too much or it will leak out easily. Brush the sides of the toast with egg wash.
