Avocado Hand-rolled Sushi

Prepare the ingredients: cucumber, carrot, smoked salmon, fried egg crust, avocado, all ingredients are prepared and shredded.

Cooked rice and sushi vinegar. Put an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar into the rice and stir well.

Place a piece of seaweed flat on a clean cutting board.

Spoon a spoonful of the tuned rice and put it on top of the seaweed.

Spoon the rice evenly.

Place all the ingredients evenly on the spread rice.

Carefully press both sides with your hands and then slowly roll up.

Hold the rolled sushi lightly with your hands.

Soak a clean and sharp knife in water and then cut the sushi roll into pieces (it is best to soak each knife in water so that the knife will not stick to the rice)

Prepare the wasabi and mix it with light soy sauce, and eat it with sushi.
