I bought avocados online again. Everyone knows that this fruit is rich in nutrients! The avocado jam can be eaten with bread or pasta!

Ingredients

Avocado Jam

1. Cut the avocado that has become soft, dig out the avocado flesh, and cut into small pieces

2. Put the small pieces of avocado into the cup and beat with a stirring rod

3. Juice half a lemon and set aside

4. I make my own basil oil. If you don’t have it, use fresh basil leaves and olive oil.

5. Add the lemon juice to the avocado

6. Add some basil oil

7. Add a small amount of garlic

8. Add a little salt

9. Use a stir stick to make a sauce

10. This is the finished product, to be eaten with bread or pasta

Tips:

The basil oil in the ingredients is made by me before, which is made with fresh basil leaves and olive oil! If you have fresh basil leaves, that would be the best!
