Avocado Salad Rolls

1. Put the bread ingredients into the bread machine

2. Knead the dough for 20 minutes, and mix into a smooth dough

3. Fermented to double size

4. The fermented dough is flattened and exhausted

5. Cut into 4 equal parts

6. Each piece is rolled into a long strip

7. And wrap it around the bread tube

8. Put the prepared dough rolls into the baking tray

9. Put the dough in the oven, let the dough rise to twice its size, then take it out (the lower layer of the oven can be put in a pot of hot water to ferment)

10. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes

11. After the toasted bread cools, take out the bread tube

12. Cut the avocado into cubes, add to the salad dressing and mix well

13. Then fill the avocado salad in the middle
