Avocado contains a variety of vitamins, rich fat and protein, and high content of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium. The rich fat contains up to 80% of unsaturated fatty acids. It contains a kind of monounsaturated fat, which can replace the saturated fat in the diet and reduce the cholesterol level.

Avocado, Shrimp and Vegetable Salad

1. The shrimps are marinated for a while with cooking wine, salt and black pepper. Main ingredients: shrimps, vegetables, avocado

2. Put a little salad oil in the pot, fry the shrimps until cooked, set aside

3. Put the miscellaneous vegetables in the pot with enough water, remove them, and drain the water. It is best to use kitchen paper to soak up.

4. The ripe avocado is cut into two pieces. You don’t need to cut the core. You can pull half of the avocado into small pieces by turning it by hand.

5. Take a pot, put mixed vegetables first, then shrimps

6. Next is the avocado. Pour a little freshly squeezed lemon juice on top of the avocado and finally squeeze the salad dressing. You can also sprinkle some black pepper on the avocado. Stir evenly when eating.

Tips:

The avocado is easy to oxidize after being cut, so it's better to pour some lemon juice!
