I don't know when, avocado has swept the entire food world. The seemingly unassuming appearance, but hiding a dense and delicate heart and super high nutrition.

1. 1. Ingredients:
Avocado, a cherry tomatoes, quail eggs, shrimps, sweet corn kernels, almonds

2. 2. Cut the avocado meat into pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and peel the boiled quail eggs in half.
Open the back of the prawns and remove the prawn threads. Boil them (1 minute) and rinse for later use.

3. 3. Adjust the salad sauce: green mustard, black vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, soy sauce (light soy sauce) and stir evenly.
Put all the processed ingredients on a plate, pour in the adjusted salad juice and chopped almonds.
