Baby Beef Floss

1. Remove the fascia of the meat and cut into small pieces. (Choose tenderloin for pork) 2. Put the meat into the pot in cold water, and put a little ginger to get rid of it. 3. After the water is boiled, blanch the water for one minute to remove any foam. 4. Simmer for 40 minutes on low heat, remove after cooking. 5. Put the meat pieces into the fresh-keeping bag and roll them into pieces of meat with a rolling pin. 6. Heat the wok and put oil, pour in the rolled minced meat, stir fry for about 10 minutes, fry until it turns yellow and dry (for babies under 1 year old, do not add condiments).

8. Put the fluffy pork floss in a wok and stir fry for 3 minutes to fry out the remaining water. (Stir-fry without oil in the pot) 9. Spread the meat floss, cool it enough, and store it in an airtight container. PS: Storage time: about 5 days at room temperature, about 10 days in refrigeration.
Tips:
Many babies love to eat meat floss, but it is not advisable to eat too much. Control the amount of one teaspoon a day to avoid a partial eclipse!
