Baby Dish with Square Leg in Oyster Sauce

Prepare the Shicai baby cabbage, wash it, and cut into 8 pieces vertically.
Dice the square leg meat.

Use oyster sauce, water starch, salt, sugar, cooking wine, chicken essence to make a juice.

Put the baby cabbage in boiling water and boil it. Remove it.

Tips:
1. Put some oil and salt in the boiling water for blanching baby cabbage.
2. The oyster sauce is already very salty, so put less or no salt.
