Baby Squid in Tomato Sauce

Kill and wash the baby squid, tidy the head out, and cut the body into strips.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.

After the oil is hot, put the small squid head in and fry twice.

Put the squid sticks in and fry twice.

Then add 3 tablespoons of garlic tomato sauce and stir fry. (The garlic ketchup is fried with garlic paste and peeled tomatoes.)
6.
Season with salt.
7.
Take out the pot and serve on the plate.
8.
Sprinkle with green onions for garnish.
