Baby Vegetables, Vermicelli and Chicken Soup
1.
A pot of chicken soup is ready;
2.
Wash 2 baby vegetables;
3.
One piece is divided into about 6 portions. Do not cut off the head of the vegetable and let the leaves connect;
4.
Longkou vermicelli must be soaked in water;
5.
Wash the wolfberry and drain the water;
6.
Pour the cooked chicken broth into a casserole, skim off the butter on the surface, and bring to a boil on low heat;
7.
Put the baby cabbage into the pot and boil until it changes color. Put the vermicelli into the soup and cook until soft;
8.
Put the wolfberry in the pot, add a small amount of salt, mix well, and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The chicken soup is cooked in advance, as long as the soup does not contain bones and flesh, it is delicious; if there is no chicken soup, bone soup or a few pieces of meat can also be made, but the taste is slightly different; the baby cabbage is more delicious if it is cooked badly.
