Baby Vegetables with Chopped Chili Pepper
1.
Two baby vegetables, cleaned;
2.
Cut the baby cabbage in half, and then cut each half into 4 equal portions. Do not cut the roots;
3.
Boil a pot of water, add a few drops of oil in the water (outside the serving size), put 2 grams of salt, boil the baby cabbage for 2 minutes, remove it and let it cool naturally;
4.
Find a large disc with a little depth, and place some warm baby cabbage with the roots facing outwards and the leaves facing the center into a flower shape;
5.
Spread two tablespoons of red chopped pepper on the center of the baby cabbage, and adjust the amount according to the taste; the aroma and saltiness of chopped pepper will penetrate into the baby cabbage during the steaming process, so no other seasoning is needed;
6.
I put it in a cold water steamer or a cold water steamer, and my steamer used 110 degrees for 10 minutes; this time can also be used with a steamer;
7.
Sprinkle a little chopped chives on the chopped chives after being out of the pot, and pour the hot vegetable oil on top of the chopped chives and chopped peppers. With the sound of "chao", the aroma overflows, and the "sounding oil" also comes from this.
Tips:
1. Do not cut the roots of baby cabbage, cut one into 6-10 petals, which is very convenient for picking and eating;
2. The last splash of hot oil can stimulate more aromas of chives and chopped peppers, and at the same time make baby cabbage stained with oily aromas, and taste more moisturized.
