Bacon and Broad Bean Rice

Ingredients: broad beans, rice, bacon (cleaned and cut into pieces)

Peel the broad beans into meat seeds and wash them.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the pan-fried broad beans and stir fry, set aside.

Pour the rice into the inner pot of the rice cooker, wash it, and add the same amount of water as usual for cooking.

Then, combine the cut bacon, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir well.

Then, put it in the rice cooker.

Close the lid, plug in the power source, and press the cooking button to start cooking.

When the rice is half cooked, open the lid and add the fried broad beans.

Cover the lid and continue to simmer.

Finally, after cooking, skip to the holding position and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
