The flavor of the season with fresh fragrance. In fact, broad beans and peas, Cantonese-style sausage and Sichuan-style spicy sausage are used, which can be described as "double-bean and double-intestine braised rice." It's super easy to do.

Broad Bean Sausage Braised Rice

1. Rinse and soak the rice (the same amount of water as usual); peel off the pods of broad beans and peas, and peel off the outer skin of some large broad beans (possibly old) (ie broad bean board)

2. Sausage salami slices. Cut the green onion into large pieces, shred the ginger; add oil to the pan (a little more than stir-frying), and fry the green onion until golden brown without zooming

3. Pour in shredded ginger, broad beans and peas and stir-fry; add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, and stir well. Pinch out the green onions and throw them away

4. Stir-fry and pour into the pre-soaked rice; use a rice cooker to simmer according to the normal rice procedure

5. After about 10-15 minutes, turn on the rice cooker, put in the sausage slices, and continue to simmer; after the end of the program, simmer for a few minutes, then turn it on, and stir the rice well.
