Bacon and Shrimp Pizza

After weighing the high flour, salt and sugar, put it into the bread machine, add the yeast into warm water and stir until it melts and pour it into the bucket. Use the bread machine to knead into a uniform dough;

After 20 minutes, put the butter in, and continue to knead the dough to the film state;

Knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and put it in a basin;

Put it in the oven, use the fermentation function to ferment, and the dough will ferment to twice its original size.

Take out the dough and squeeze to remove large bubbles. Divide the dough into two, round and relax for 10 minutes.

During the fermentation of the dough, you can make pizza sauce, peel and chop onions and garlic. :

Slice round mushrooms, shred onion, and cut bacon into cubes; mix peas, corn kernels and carrots; cut green peppers, red sweet peppers, and yellow sweet peppers into fine strips.
