Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, blanch for 2 minutes, let cool and set aside

Melt the bacon, cut in half, roll in enoki mushrooms

You can add minced chili, minced cumin, sesame seeds on top of the bacon according to your taste, or leave it alone and eat it with sauce
