Teppan Seasonal Vegetables

Put chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, and white sesame seeds in a bowl.

Pour hot oil, stir well and set aside.

Cut the sharp pepper into sections, stuff the enoki mushrooms, put oil in the pan, and fry slowly over low heat.
