Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and divide them into a handful with the thickness of your index finger.

Rinse the bacon with water and set aside

Take a small handful of enoki mushrooms on top of the bacon and roll up from one end

Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, flush the enoki mushroom roll and place it in the pan

Fry until the bacon changes color, turn it over carefully, sprinkle with black pepper and rose salt evenly
