Bacon Enoki Mushroom Roll

Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the legs, and use kitchen paper to soak up the surface moisture. Wash the leeks.

Cut the bacon in half and apply a layer of Royal Shacha sauce on the surface

Arrange enoki mushrooms and chives. Don’t put too much enoki mushrooms, which are not easy to taste. Brush the surface with a little shacha sauce. Roll it up and fix the interface with a toothpick.

Put it in the preheated oven, middle level. 200 degrees, about 15 minutes. The temperature is for reference only.
