Bacon Roasted Kelp

Drain the kelp over boiling water and set aside. Cut the bacon, shred the ginger, and cut the dried chili into sections.

Add oil and stir fragrant shredded ginger and dried chili, then add bacon and continue to fry, fry until fragrant, pour in kelp.

Let the kelp in the water, slowly boil it, and wait until the water is not dry.
