Seaweed Pork Ribs Soup

The kelp knots bought in the supermarket are soaked and rinsed, then put in a saucepan and boiled.

You can add some ginger slices or ginger cubes according to personal preference.

When cooking the kelp, blanch the ribs in a pot of boiling water.

After boiling, add the ribs, add a few drops of vinegar, and continue to cook for about 45 minutes. Add the right amount of salt, and it's ready to be eaten out of the pot.
