Seaweed Tofu Soup
1.
Soak the kelp knot for a few minutes, wash and drain.
2.
Cut the tofu into large pieces.
3.
Prepare a casserole, drizzle a little vegetable oil, pour in the minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
4.
Then pour the kelp knots and stir briefly a few times.
5.
Pour in water, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion.
6.
Cover the lid and cook until the soup boils. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
7.
Add tofu.
8.
Sprinkle a little green onion on the surface.
9.
Sprinkle with salt.
10.
Cover the lid again and simmer on medium-low heat for ten minutes.
11.
Bring to a boil, sprinkle with coriander, and serve.
Tips:
The soup that is slowly simmered on a low fire is richer. If you don’t have time, you can reduce the time. The kelp will be cooked through in 7-8 minutes.
