Bacon Roll with Enoki Mushroom

1. A small bundle of enoki mushrooms cut off the old roots, wash and set aside

2. Five slices of bacon, cut in the middle and divide into two

3. Take an appropriate amount of enoki mushrooms and place them on the bacon, roll them into a roll and secure with a clean toothpick

4. All rolled up

5. Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 3 minutes

6. Adjust the temperature to 160 degrees and add the enoki mushroom bacon roll

7. Bake for five minutes, turn it over, brush some olive oil on the areas not covered by bacon, sprinkle with cumin powder and bake for another 2 minutes.
