Bacon Sandwich

Prepare all the materials

First, spread the toast slices on a baking tray and put them in the oven at 150 degrees and bake them for 3-5 minutes. During the baking, turn the toast slices over and bake them until the toast slices become a little golden brown and the skin is a bit crispy. It’s just crunchy (you can use a pan if you don’t have an oven)

Put the prepared pan on the induction cooker, turn on a small fire and pour the cooking oil

Spread the bacon flat in a pan and cook, then take it out and set aside for later use

Add a little cooking oil to the pan, beat the eggs into the pan and cook on a low heat

While the eggs are frying, take a slice of toast and squeeze the salad dressing

Put lettuce leaves on toast slices squeezed with salad dressing

Add the fried bacon slices and squeeze the salad dressing

Tips:
1. If you don’t have an oven, you can use a pan on a low heat to fry the toast on both sides.
2. I use sweet salad dressing, and some salad dressing with a little salty flavor. I personally think that sweetened salad dressing is more delicious
3. Be sure to add cheese slices, because the essence of the sandwich is on the cheese slices
