35 grams of sugar / 90 grams of milk 1 egg (60 grams after removing the shell)
1 slice of toast (40 grams after breaking into toast)

Pour the white sugar into the pot and cook on medium-low heat until it becomes caramel-colored.

Then pour it into a small bowl and let it sit to cool.
*You can prepare a small round bowl, a small square bowl, or a mold for making soufflé at home, etc., remember to be smaller.

Cut off the harder parts on the four sides of the toast slice, leaving only the soft core in the middle, and cut into small dices.

Put the diced toast into the food processor and fully beat it into fine toast pieces.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and use a whisk or chopsticks to stir them up.

Add milk to the egg mixture and mix the two ingredients evenly.

Then add the beaten toast to the bowl and mix well again.

After the caramel has solidified, pour the blended paste into a small bowl with caramel and gently shake it flat.

Cover the surface of the bowl with a high-temperature-resistant plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes around it for ventilation.
*If there is no high-temperature-resistant Pvdc or pmp plastic wrap, don't use ordinary plastic wrap to heat it. Use a small plate to buckle it to prevent water vapor from entering.

Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, turn to a low heat. Put the caramel pudding in the pot and steam for about 15 minutes.

After turning off the heat, continue to simmer for 5 minutes and take it out. Let it dry to room temperature. Use a knife to make a circle around the mold to release the mold.
*Before the caramel solidifies, it will actually be better demoulded, but some of the sugar will flow down. If you wait for the caramel to solidify before demolding, the shape will look better, but the surrounding parts will be worn out. You can choose the demoulding time according to the state that your child likes to eat.
