Bacon under The Cabbage Moss
1.
Pinch back a large bunch of fresh green cabbage moss from the garden. The temperature is low this year, and the vegetable moss grows slowly, tender and strong.
2.
Wash the vegetable moss and break it into easy-to-eat sections, which can be slightly longer and taste refreshing.
3.
Choose a slightly fatter bacon and cut into slices. Be careful not to cut it too thin, otherwise the meat will look like dregs after being fried.
4.
If I wanted to eat the sausage, I cut a short section so that there would be no more fatty meat to eat. The taste is richer because of this.
5.
Put the bacon in the pot and stir a little oil, add the sausage and stir fry, slowly fry the oil in the fat.
6.
Add a little water to the pot, and slightly cook the bacon and sausages to make it more fragrant and delicious.
7.
Add a little salt to the pot and stir well. Slowly add the cabbage moss. Flip while adding, watching them change from tender green to emerald green. [My bacon is marinated at home, the saltiness is just right, just add a small amount of salt. If it is bought, it will be slightly salty, and it does not matter if you don't add salt. 】
8.
I like spicy food. I add a little bit of minced chili.
9.
Stir-fry evenly, then serve and serve. Oily green, very appetizing, right?
Tips:
really tasty! The strong scent of bacon matches the delicate scent of vegetable moss, and it smells very attractive. The fried bacon is fat but not greasy, and the vegetable moss has a sweet aftertaste.
I'm a lazy person, and I can make hot pot with a little diligence. As long as the bacon is deep-fried, you can eat and add the vegetable moss. When it’s cold and warm, it’s simple and happy to gather seasonal vegetables around the hot pot.
The fly in the ointment is that you forgot to scoop up some oil when frying the bacon. Although the oil is delicious, it is not good for your health, so remember it next time.
