Fried Rice with Ham

Prepare all the materials, clean them, and cut into granules

Boil the pot red, add proper amount of oil, add garlic and choy sum
3.
Stir-fry the choy sum until the surface color changes slightly, pour in the corn
4.
Stir-fry the corn and choy sum and mix evenly
5.
Pour the ham and continue to stir fry
6.
Stir-fry corn, choy sum and ham, and stir-fry until cooked
7.
Add rice
8.
Use cutting and mixing method to chop the rice, stir-fry and mix evenly, pour in an appropriate amount of soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
