I went to the supermarket and bought some salty ribs. I still had some winter bamboo shoots and green garlic leaves at home. I fry them together!

Ingredients

Bacon with Green Garlic and Winter Bamboo Shoots

1. Winter bamboo shoots are soaked in water, cut into thin slices and set aside

2. Boil the bacon in water and slice it, wash the green garlic leaves

3. Cut into small pieces and get out of the frying pan

4. First add garlic leaves and stir fry, then add bamboo shoots and pork slices

5. Add a little sugar, you can leave it out if you don’t like it, add some cold water to boil

6. When the juice is almost dry, it can be served

Tips:

Because of the salty taste of bacon, I didn't add salt, so I added some water to cook it in order to cook out the salty taste of bacon!
