Rotten vegetables are the most appetizing and labor-saving practice in summer. As long as you go to the supermarket to buy a bottle of fermented gravy, you can smash all kinds of meat dishes. Vegetables like edamame are a summer favorite. This bad chicken drumstick is easy to make, it tastes fresh and tender, and tastes great after being refrigerated in the refrigerator.

Bad Chicken Leg

1. Prepare chicken drumsticks and gravy

2. Remove the oil film on the side after washing the chicken legs

3. Prepare the seasoning

4. Drumsticks are picked up and washed after the pot is soaked in cold water

5. Pour clean water into the pot, add seasoning and water to the chicken drumsticks, cover with high heat and cook until the chicken is cooked through

Tips:

1. Don't add wild sansho pepper if you don't eat spicy food
2. The bad brine I use doesn't need to be mixed with water.
