Baileys Fresh Cheese

Soak the isinglass powder in purified water, stir well with chopsticks and set aside

Wet the milk pan with clean water, add milk and sugar, heat it on a low heat, and stir while heating

Cook until the milk pot starts to bubble, turn off the heat, add the soaked fish gelatin powder, stir with a spatula until it melts

Pour Baileys liqueur and stir well. Pour the milk after stirring into the pudding bottle. Use 3 150ml pudding bottles and pour the rest into the egg tart mould.
